Howard's Creek Properties is a small business in the Greenville, SC area designed to own long-term real estate holdings. We focus on three main areas of property, long term rental houses, long term commercial rentals, and short term or vacation rentals.

There are several attractive housing markets in North and South Carolina, but we try to stay in just a few. These include Greenville, SC, Asheville, NC and Boone, NC. Please let us know if you would like to rent a house in any of those areas, and we will try to find exactly what you are looking for. The Greater Greenville area of South Carolina is a thriving area for business right now. We've seen impressive growth in several industrial sectors, including professional and consumer services. We hope to help identify the geographic areas where that expansion will occur, and acquire commercial real estate in those areas. We try to limit ourselves to office and retail space, but mixed use commercial is also very appealing. Have you ever wanted a cool apartment above a coffee shop downtown? So do we. Everybody loves a good vacation. It can't be all work, right? John Flynn is a graduate of Appalachian State University in beautiful Boone, NC. That makes us big fans of the mountain areas. There's just something about a room with a mountain view that really takes me away from my room with a view of the backyard. We like buying mountain properties, and we like renting mountain properties. We rent by the night, weekend, long weekend (thursday/friday/saturday nights), week and by the month.
